Nathan Ake has celebrated his potential move from Bournemouth to Manchester City by proposing to his stunning partner, Kaylee Ramman.

The Dutch defender, 25, proposed to his woman on a luxury yacht. while on holiday in Nice, France.

Taking to Instagram to share the amazing pictures, the Holland star revealed: “She said yes!”

Meanwhile, Ake is preparing to complete his move from Bournemouth to Man City on his return from his romantic break. The two clubs have already agreed to a £41m fee.
