Queen Elizabeth’s bodyguard arrested for having nine bags of cocaine and ketamine after white powder is found in St James’s Palace bathroom

Lawyers elect Olumide Akpata as next President of NBA

Mr. Olumide Akpata has been overwhelmingly elected as the President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA). He defeated two other contestants who are Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SANs). With his electoral triumph, Olumide Akpata, who graduated from the University of Benin in 1992 will be the first non-SAN President of the Association in years.
