A Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court in Abuja on Tuesday struck out criminal charges filed against the owner of Hilton Hotels, Ile Ife, Osun state, Rahman Adedoyin, and some of his workers in the murder of Timothy Adegoke, a postgraduate student of the Obafemi Awolowo University.

A Suspect in Connection with the death of Timothy Adegoke, a Master’s student of Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, has reportedly confessed that son of the owner of Hilton Hotels and Resorts Ile-Ife, Roheem Adedoyin, arranged how the corpse was evacuated and taken to the bush.
