The Niger Delta Avengers (NDA) on Thursday and Friday continued with their sabotage campaign aimed at reducing oil production in Nigeria to zero. The Group has also denied media reports of involvement in the attack of the Military houseboat around Warri, Delta State.

The group in a tweet from their twitter handle @NDAvengers revealed that they destroyed Nembe 1, 2 and 3 Brass to Bonny Trunk Line belonging to Agip and Shell at about 2:15 am on Saturday. Nembe is in Bayelsa State

The Niger Delta Avengers on Friday claimed responsibility for the sabotage on Thurday night of NNPC Gas and Crude trunk line in Warri. The militant group has also warned Indigenous Oil Companies (IOC) and the Nigerian Military to watch out: “something big is about to happen and it will shock the whole world”.

The Niger-Delta Avengers have given non Niger-Deltans, who are owners and operators of oil blocs in the Niger Delta region two weeks’ ultimatum to shut down their operations and evacuate their staff, threatening that If their directive is not heeded, all the oil wells will be blown up.

The Niger Delta Avengers are living up to their promise of attacking and destroying oil and gas facilities in the Niger-Delta. The militants, who last night vandalized Chevron oil platform near Warri have also  promised to shift their activities to Lagos and Abuja.
