The Minister of Niger-Delta Affairs, Senator Godswill Akpabio has refuted the sundry allegations leveled against him by Ms. Gbene Joi Nunieh, the erstwhile Acting Managing Director of the Interim Management Committee, of the Niger Delta Development Commission, (NDDC).
