The Accident Investigation Bureau (AIB) on Tuesday attributed the February 2, 2019 crash of an AgustaWestland AW139 helicopter with Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo and 11 other passengers onboard in the Kabba area of Kogi State to a brownout which resulted in the flight crew losing visual contact with the ground and external surroundings.
