Mr. Femi Falana, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) has written a letter to President Muhammadu Buhari urging him to investigate cases of human rights abuses in the country. He specifically made allusion to extra-judicial execution of criminal suspects by the police and the unlawful killing of unarmed civilians including women and children by the armed forces.
