Chiemeka Arinze, an accomplice of suspected billionaire kidnap kingpin, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike aka   Evans, has died in prison custody.

Justice Hakeem Oshodi of an Ikeja High Court on Friday declared that four co-defendants of alleged kidnap kingpin Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike  popularly known as Evans have case to answer.

A 27-year-old commercial bus driver, Mashudu Rabiu, has been arraigned before an Ogba Magistrates’ Court for allegedly stealing three trailers recovered by the police from a suspected kidnapper, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, aka Evans.

A witness, Izuchukwu Ezeuko, on Thursday told an Igbosere High Court in Lagos how he dropped $1 million dollar ransom for the alleged kidnap kingpin, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, popularly known as Evans.

Bogged by the incessant excuses of defence counsel, the Lagos High Court has warned it would no longer tolerate requests for adjournments in the celebrated case of kidnap suspect, Chukwudumem Onwuamadike, popularly known as Evans.

The manager of Maydon Pharmaceutical company, Uchenna Okeagwu, on Friday, while testifying before the Lagos State High Court in Ikeja, revealed that he paid he notorious kidnap kingpin, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, alias Evans, 223,000 euros (N96Million) for the ransom of his boss, Donatus Duru.

Suspected kidnapping kingpin, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, alias Evans, has filed a fresh suit against the police, seeking the release of 25 Mack trucks, which he claimed were seized from him .

Billionaire kidnap kingpin, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike aka “Evans”, has told the Lagos State High Court in Ikeja that the last time he was fed by the Nigerian Prison authority was five days ago.

Alleged kidnap kingpin, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike a.k.a. Evans, ‎is currently before the Lagos State High Court in Igbosere.

Justice Abdulazeez Anka of the Federal High Court, Lagos on Wednesday declined to hear a fundamental rights suit filed by suspected kidnapper, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, alias Evans.
