   A chieftain of All Progressive Congress APC, Agbarho, in Ughelli North Local Government area of Delta State, Mr. Theophilus Eridi Ugboduma, has cautioned that the threat by Niger Delta Avengers to resume hostilities and attack on oil facilities will further impoverished the people of the oil rich region.

The Niger Delta Avengers, NDA, on Wednesday announced  the blowing up of  a Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, pipeline at Eleme in Rivers State. With this development, the militant group appears to be shifting its sabotage activities from Delta State to Rivers State.
