Manchester City have confirmed that Phil Foden has signed a new five-year contract.

The 22-year-old has been in sensational form this season and City have rewarded him with a long-term deal which makes him one of the highest earners at the club.

Foden’s deal had been due to expire in 2024, but he will now remain at the Etihad Stadium for an additional three years as he looks to add to his already-stacked trophy cabinet. He has won the Premier League four times during his time at his boyhood club so far, while also lifting the EFL Cup on three occasions.
