Lassa Fever Returns, Kills Two Doctors In Ebonyi State

Two resident doctors have been confirmed killed by Lassa fever in Ebonyi state.
Ariom Anthony Ifeanyi, the Secretary of the Ebonyi state chapter of the Nigeria Medical Association (NMA), confirmed the development on Sunday.

His words: “It’s a sad day for NMA Ebonyi state as we lose two of our members same day to Lassa fever. Dr Ali Felix had just been laid to rest when we were struck by another bad news of Dr Udor Abel, of ENT department, FETHA.”
