Oba of Iworo who was irked by such unroyal act, was said to have replied the letter stating that it was impossible as his people are almost “embedded” in the landmass of their neighbours. He reportedly appealed to his colleague for understanding while wondering what could have necessitated such action.

Before security operatives calmed the situation, five persons were reportedly dead, 33 others sustained various degrees of injuries and seven persons have been declared missing.
