Here is the letter the Department of State Services sent to the Nigerian Senate that made it to deny Ibrahim Magu confirmation as chairman  of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission:

The Senate has agreed to issue warrant of arrest to compel the Comptroller-General of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), retired Col. Hammed Ali, to appear before it on Thursday.

The Senate on Wednesday rejected the nomination of Ibrahim Magu as the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
